I learned about the positive impact exercise and movement have on the body during the 1980s fitness craze (leg warmers with matching headbands! Heck, yea!) We didn’t know everything back then, but we did know regular exercise could benefit almost everyone in some way.
For over 40 years, I have been teaching exercise to all ages and shapes of individuals. I love sharing information about the positive impact that movement has on the body. I find it fascinating and have personally experienced the feeling of physical freedom that comes from regular exercise.
Although my career took me in a different direction, my passion for living a healthy lifestyle did not wane. Nor did the passion for sharing that information with others who want to improve their lifestyle.
I’m here to partner with like-minded people and be a cheerleader and guide through the process of learning to embrace a new way of looking at your health.
